1. Q. What are the panels made of Yien Metal Screen and can they be cut?
The panels are made out of metal ( aluminum metal ,corten steel and stainless steel ), we often customized the size,design and color .there are carved by CNC cut or Laser cut.
2. Q. How long does it take the time I place the order to the time I receive it?
All of our products are will be customized as your requirements ( size ,color and design ). It will take about 15days for produce products after you place the order. And it will take about 30 days for shipping by sea.
3. Q. What are the sizes available and can I order custom thickness?
The standard size of metal grill panels is 1220mm*2440mm (4'x8').
Max size : 1800mm x 3900mm
Thickness :2mm ,3mm,5mm,6mm,7mm ,8mm and so on .
4. Q. what is the minimum quantity required.

5. Q. I noticed on your website that all the panels are already colored. Do the panels come in different colors or just the ones you show on your website?
The panels are shown on our website already painted for display only. We can paint any color as yours.
6. Q. How difficult is it to install ?
On this question please refer to our installation instructions for details, but in summary the panels are installed with a combination of panel adhesive on the back like liquid nails, and either counter-sunk screws or headless nails shot with nail gun. Once the panels are installed, the filler material is applied to the nail or screw holes and the seams between the two panels.
